A Goal is an observable and measurable end result having one or more objectives to be achieved within a more or less fixed timeframe.
Most women have things that they desire to have or to do but they just don’t have the correct procedure to guide them in following through that specific thing. This procedure can be summerised as Goal setting which ultimately leads us to reaching “that thing”. But in order for us to reach there, we first need to understand the term Goal/Goals and  then do some introspection and retrospection in order to find out what we really want because goals are just basically things that we want to achieve. We obviously want to achieve some pretty awesome things and our desires might be bigger than we thought but that does not mean they are unattainable.

Now, this ‘Goal setting 101’ is meant for that independant woman who is driven and wants to mesh up her life and isn’t afraid to go after her goals. This might come up as some sort of a cliché but the  motive behind having a goal and pursuing it is usually because  we ultimately want to be successful.
‘ Successful people maintain a positive focus in life regardless of their current circumstances and they are always trying to figure out what their next step is, instead of focusing on whatever it is that’s happening around them’. Every individual has their own definition of success and depending on your own definition, also bear in mind that you cannot be successful if you don’t really know what you want.

Before we even think of anything else can we just set some goals and have priorities in life. Let us now go through these awesome tips which will help us know what we want and how to organise all of that in a nut shell.

There is nothing as disturbing as a person who doesn’t know what they want and have no direction in life. You must be sure that you really want to achieve “that thing” and it is your hearts desire.

One of the most powerful tool that is accessible to all of us, is the pen. It is of utmost importance to jott down what’s in our thoughts so that we can go back there for reference and remind ourselves of the things we want to achieve.

You cannot achieve something that you don’t even know anything about. Do not rob yourself of information and knowledge because you think you know it all. Bits and bits of research daily, will ultimately lead you to being well informed about things therefore browse though the web, read books, ask around because there are people who know morethan you do.

This might be a little bit tricky because some goals cannot be achieved in a short term but also remember that you cannot just be idle and do things without a proper plan because you might just be setting yourself up for failure.

Nothing will ever happen in your life  without you getting up and doing it physically. You need to go out there and make things happen and get what you want. It is your journey and yours alone, no one will walk it for you.

This too might sound like a cliché but nothing happens over night that’s just   the plain truth that cannot be twisted. It might take you 10 years to achieve your goal and that’s why it is crucial to take things one step at a time and you will eventually get there. Be persistant and calm because slow progress is better than no progress at all.

There is no one way to do things. Explore other things while you are on the journey because things actually unfold when you go an extra-mile. You will be amazed at  the ideas that will come to you as you explore but remember to make sure that those ideas correlate with one another and they do not divert from your actual goal.

It is going to be hard, that’s not even a joke. It is going to get hard that you will want to give up but don’t do it it’s just a trap, it’s your mind playing games with you. It is just a test of life. Always encourage yourself and get some motivation from other people.
