As a woman who is on her journey to succeed in life, you need to be strong and healthy in order to be able to face all the challenges you will come across because you definately will and there is no doubt about that.
We all know that stress is an aspect of our human journey. We sometimes go through some situations whereby our mind get distracted and we become so sad to a point where nothing can cheer us up. Overthinking is mainly worrying about things that we cannot change and we therefor try to find solutions to unchageable situations. But what I have learnt about worrying is that is steals so much from your life,all the good things such as your joy and peace of mind. Stress is sometimes inevitable but the good thing is that you can control it and avoid it.
I believe that awesome women should be stress free because you need to have positive energy in order to attract joy in your life as a LEADER, as a LADYBOSS and a GAME CHANGER. People need to look up to you therefor you must be approachable and have a welcoming and friendly character which draws all good things to you. I know some of you may be asking yourself, “but how do I then find a suitable structure which is doable that will help me become stress free?
Well, do not fret because I have these amazing tips that will help you remain calm in stressful situations.
HOW TO AVOID STRESS IN YOUR LIFE
#1 MASTER THE ART OF BEING CALM
I once read somewhere that “calmness is a superpower. The ability to not overreact or take things personally keeps your mind clear and your heart at peace.”
#2 HAVE GRATITUDE
Be greatful for all the things you have. Appreciate your life and the people around you who bring out the best in you. You can even write down everything you are greatful for in your journal and Im pretty sure those things are much better than the situation you are in thats causing you to be so stressed out.
You need to take some time off and focus on spiritual healing because I believe that whatever stresses your mind, affects your whole being. What better way is there to start healing than meditating.
#4 FIND SOMEONE YOU CAN TALK TO
The problem with most of us is that we bottle things inside up to a point where it kills us. Find someone you trust, and talk to them about what’s stressing you. The relief you will get after coughing up what’s on your chest is so amazing. Try and talk it all out and that is part of pshychological healing.
#5 FIND & DISCOVER YOUR HOBBY
A hobby is something you do to unwind and relax your mind. Find out things you can do to be in a calm mood, it can be
cooking, baking, hiking,art or anything else that will shift your mind from worrying about your situation. Find that inner child in you and release her every once in a while and I assure you, you will overcome the mountain which is stress.
#6 FIND A SOLUTION OR LET IT GO
We cannot hide from our problems, but we also cannot hang onto something that weighs us down,while we do not even have a solution for it. Let it go and slowly but surely you will eventually forget about it because nothing lasts forever and as they say joy will come in the morning.
Remain calm and avoid being around negative people because they are usually part of the aspects that causes stress in your life. Stay awesome always and go and conquer the world.
